What would be a good model/pipeline for simple intent recognition that has multi-lingual support and is easy to set up?

So i have been exploring the potential of simple intent identifiers so a task recently, i have explored rasa but the fact that it doesn't work with Python 3.10/3.11 is a major Pain and throws a wreck on my plans for large integration into other projects.
