ROS Forecasting project

I have been tasked with predicting the demand for products over the course of the next 12 months for a b2c furniture business in-order to help with stock management. I currently just work as a Data Analyst but looking to move into data science so my thought is to make this a valuable piece of work that helps the business tremendously (maybe being a little naive).
