Reinforcement learning Question Answering

I want to create a lightweight implementation utilizing Reinforcement learning (RL) for the FINQA dataset which is essentially question answering over financial documents but the computation resources required is - NVIDIA TITAN 24GB GDDR6: seems pretty high for a personal project. Are there any other papers, ways to reduce the resources such that it gets compactable with GTX 1660ti. Any leads/project ideas in the finance sector with RL would be of great help as well.
