Made a simple semantic segmentation annotation tool with segment-anything masks support in PyQt5

I just open-sourced (MIT License) semantic segmentation annotation tool powered by segment-anything model that I used for a while in my projects. Hopefully it will help someone as it seems to me that it is more suitable for small projects than popular huge web based annotation tools.
