Looking for people with deep RL experience to review grant proposal

As the title suggests, I am looking for experienced people to review a grant proposal that will be soon submitted. I can't give much details about it, but we're looking for people knowledgeable or experienced in (deep) reinforcement learning, who can give insights into the feasibility of the project and the clarity/language of the proposal.
