Laptop reccomendation to do NLP project utilizing ML and AI

Hi guys, I apologize if this topic isn't allowed here. I've researched everywhere but no one has any clue. I recently find out that my uni requires student to use a laptop with 32GB RAM and 500GB memory at least.
