Responsibilities

  • Develop & Integrate AI Technologies: Focus on integrating advancements in long-term memory, reliability, planning, reasoning, and embodied AI into MultiOn products.
  • Collaborate on Product Features: Work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to translate AI research into practical and impactful product solutions.
  • Testing & Refinement: Apply rigorous testing and refinement techniques to continuously improve AI accuracy and reliability.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Prototype and test new AI features and ensure our solutions lead the industry and adapt to changing market demands.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • At least 3 years of product engineering experience, with proficiency in Python, JavaScript, React, or other backend languages.
    • Proven ability to scale systems and handle complex product features from conception to deployment.
  • AI Knowledge:
    • Experience working with large Transformer models such as GPT or LLaMA.
    • Familiarity with prompt-engineering, LLM APIs, and fine-tuning models.
  • User-Centric Design:
    • A deep understanding of user-centered development and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
    • Strong iterative development skills, with the ability to adapt based on user feedback and market insights.
  • Collaboration:
    • Excellent collaboration skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers.
  • Startup Experience:
    • Experience in a startup environment, showing resilience and adaptability to thrive under pressure.
