This project I've completed uses StyleGAN2 & face aligner. StyleGAN2 will produce a detailed, realistic looking square image of the trained type given any random input latent. Using an optimization algorithm, you can explore the latent space in order to find an accurate representation of a real life example of the given type. The results of this are very crappy, unless you align the target image beforehand to fit the outputs.
