Hello reddit, I have a college project where I'm tasked with testing the hyporhesis that machine learning approach is better than traditional approaches in curbing breast cancer. I've tried to get datasets from Kaggle in vain, could someone share with me any where I can get the datasets maybe on the survival rate or early detection rate with the two approaches .
