How to increase the accuracy while fine tuning a pre-trained model ?

I am using 'google/vit-base-patch16-224-in21k' model to fine tune an image dataset of around 27k images. But I am getting very low accuracy. I don't know what I can do to improve the accuracy. I have tried augmentation, using different learning rates, warm-up learning rates, dropout, weight decay but the accuracy is not increasing. What else can I do ?
