How to get access to the GPT-3 API in late 2021

I'm trying to get access to the GPT-3 API and I applied following the guidelines (form + email to the CTO 😇) yesterday. Should I wait a few more days or should I go creative? Is it still super hard to get access to the API? Thanks.
