Help with WEKA arff file issue

Hi, I am currently in the implementation phase of my machine learning based dissertation, and I am using WEKA as a means of exploring this, I am using the IoT-23 dataset. I am still very new to machine learning so any help would be appreciated, I have looked at some solutions online and can't seem to fix my issue
