Help needed in a portrait segmentation model (MODNet)

I am trying to train on top of the existing MODNet model. It has a loss of ~0.003 in the pre-trained model. I have written this script - https://www.kaggle.com/yashsandansing/modnetp3m of which only the last cell is responsible for training.
