for introduction, i am a bachelor degree in chemical engineering majoring in food technology student , currently planning on my FINAL PROJECT, so the idea of the final project is to use machine learning , ANN to be specific , to identify the moisture content of potato slices for food processing , this is as a measure of quality control however i leave all the abstract of the project elsewhere but the main question is , i have basic to intermediate skill in python, but literally baby brain on how machine learning’s go around . so for now i need suggestion , for such project , i am building my own dataset from scratch , and the main question that i have rn is how do i annotate the images and in what manner do i annotate them to make it work , also i have a friend from computer science background to help me however i dont want to depend on her heavily .
