Does anyone have a reference for neural networks being computationally inexpensive to run?

I know this is meant to be my job, and that this disrespects the process, but it's due in really really soon, and I need a good reference for this, because we've literally got to reference everything, unless I'm wrong here and that it's computationally expensive to make predictions?
