So for my 5th semester of college, i have to make a minor project. I have decided to use MovieLens 25M Dataset to create a recommendation system and make a web based dashboard using Python. I will be using Github for version control and deploy it with Heroku. I wanted to know if i have permission to use the dataset for this purpose. In their website, it says they do not permit public redistribution. Does that mean i cant upload the dataset in github? I am very new to this and will be thankful if someone helped me out.
