Deep Learning Scheme for predicting interdependent Labels organized as a Hierarchy

I have a dataset where the labels are organized as a tree and are super unbalanced. I am wondering if there is a way to make use of the hierarchy. I would appreciate any pointers to papers, ideas and comments.
