I have a dataset of aprox 2400 locations. Each location has their own load and I have a distance matrix representing the distance between point two location. (Note distance between from u to v is not same as distance from location v to u). Now I have to select at most 25 locations that will serve as depot such that every other location is connected to exactly one depot and the max capacity of depot ( i.e 20000) doesn't exceed and the overall Cost is minimized. Basically, I have to establish a supply chain network.
