Intelligent Customer Service Robot from 0 to 1
In the beginning, intelligent customer service could only answer general questions, and could not be used in actual business at all. For example, express delivery, store after-sales process, invoicing, and refunding the price difference, all need workers to be engaged.
“At the beginning, you need to frequently communicate with customer service staff to see how they respond to customer questions, at which stage to recommend products, and at which stage to send caring words, and then model these data and configure words into the robot knowledge base”. AI trainer said.
