Searching for ultrasound datasets with segmentation information

For my thesis, I need ultrasound images that have segmentation ground truth information. I'm NOT searching for datasets where only tumour regions are segmented. I'm searching for data where the different regions (e.g. different types of tissue) that are visible in the ultrasound image are segmented. Does anyone know datasets like this? Most promising so far is this, but some more options would be very helpful.
