About the Team: PICO is a leading VR/AR platform with independent innovation and R&D capabilities, focusing on VR all-in-one technology. PICO is committed to offering immersive and interactive VR experiences to our customers, including providing tailor-made solutions for our enterprise clients in the fields of education and healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a variety of AR, Smart glasses, Smart wearable, and AI software prototypes for hardware products and future concept demos.
  • Code and develop a variety of native App demos and mockups by using Swift or Kotlin.
  • Code and develop a variety of XR applications by using Unity, Unreal, or WebXR. Applications include but are not limited to AI, XR, interactive entertainment, social media, enterprise training, and other applications. Deliver an extremely smooth mockup experience. Envision future user interaction in AI + XR worlds.
  • Code and develop backend services, for example, AI on cloud, database, and backend logic. Deploy LLM models on cloud systems. Code and develop a variety of web apps.
  • AI model tunings, tiny model training, deploy models on low-power smart hardware.
  • Work closely with system and hardware prototypers to deliver creative and impressive user experience demos and book innovative features into future hardware and software products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master or PhD in Computer Science or Equivalent.
  • 3+ Years of experience in front-end development including building, debugging, and releasing full-stack applications. Experience in App-level software mockups and tuning user experience.
  • 3+ Years of experience in back-end development.
  • Experience in AI models.
  • Self-motivated to learn new skills on a daily basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in tuning AI models is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of image processing and computer vision algorithms is a plus.
  • Rich experience in algorithm development including text-to-voice, digital-image-processing, and machine learning model-based computer vision processing is a plus.
