Your Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Design and develop AI and machine learning models to support innovation with federal clients.
  • Testing & Experimentation: Run AI and machine learning tests and experiments in a fast-paced environment, and evaluate new techniques to make technical recommendations.
  • Data Visualization: Help visualize data for analysis and clearly display results for stakeholders.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior data analytics and machine learning engineers, helping them improve their technical skills.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a team of engineers, scientists, and entrepreneurs, as well as government clients, to understand challenges and design solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of experience.
    • Or, Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 1+ years of experience.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Programming experience with TensorFlow, C++, PyTorch, Python, and R.
    • Experience with Large Language Models, Vector and Graph databases.
    • Ability to help visualize data for analysis and display results.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Strong teamwork and initiative, with the ability to work productively in a dynamic environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and customers at all levels.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in performing data analysis using mathematical equations, sortation tools, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience in quantitative research.
