Create Training Data For spaCy NER Models

spaCy is awesome! You can train models as fast as a flash! However, recently I realized that there is not an easy and accurate way to generate labelled data for NER models using, for instance, a simple UI. The majority of the solutions are either behind a paywall or offers very simplistic annotations.
