CORD-19-ANN: Semantic Search Engine Using S-BERT

Spent some time developing a set of tools to generate sentence embeddings using BioBERT/BlueBERT sentence models on the CORD-19 dataset. This resulted in a search engine across the CORD-19 dataset, as well as the ability to cluster the resulting sentence embeddings using UMAP.
